Sundberg Builders, Inc. has been building, remodeling, and repairing quality homes in the Spearfish, SD area since the fall of 2000, when John and his family moved to the Spearfish area from southeastern Montana. Joining John at that time was his father, Stan, a recently retired preacher and a long-time carpenter.
Our focus in the early years was on new construction, and we built nearly twenty spec and custom homes in the Spearfish area during those years. We also did a few remodels during that time, but since 2006 our focus has been almost exclusively on remodeling and home repairs. Several of our projects can be found in our Project Gallery, but the list of projects includes basic and complex home repairs, mold removal, one-room renovations, ktichen and bath remodels, and whole-house makeovers and additions.
